The regional suppliers’ network «Sozvezdye» works for the development of enterprises located in the Archangelsk region, assisting potential companies to become suppliers of goods and services to the oil and gas industry.
Goals and objectives:
Sozvezdye will assist the industrial, trade and service companies in Archangelsk region to achieve as high level of regional supplies to the oil and gas industry as possible.
Based on the growing oil and gas industry in Northwest Russia, the main goal is to develop the industry and trade in the region. Sozvezdye is a non commercial organisation.
Sozvezdye will offer their member companies:
- Providing of updated information about market opportunities in oil and gas production projects.
- Be a coordinator assisting establishing contacts and further cooperation between the network members and oil and gas producing companies.
- Establishment of relations and the development of opportunities for strategic partnerships between members in the network
- Providing of customers with detailed information about potential partners/suppliers from the regional network.
- Development of meeting points for small and medium size enterprises positioning as supplier of goods and services
- Arrangement of seminars or workshops specially adjusted to company members needs and requires
- Educational programs that members of the network can participate in.

Committee on elimination of administrative barriers to entrepreneurship development
The committee on elimination of administrative barriers to entrepreneurship developments is a consultative board. The aims of the Committee are:
- Investigation and research of authorities and business interactions;
- Coordination of regional, municipal and local authorities actions directed to elimination of administrative barriers;
- Development of instruments and mechanisms for elimination of administrative barriers.
Meetings of the committee are taken on regular basis to work out practical solutions for general and practical issues within committee’s competence. Also at these meetings the committee reviews suggestions and complaints of businessmen. The Committee works in tight cooperation with authorities. Representatives of official institutions are invited to the committee’s meetings to exchange with experience and work out solutions for issues within committee’s competence.
