Nickel-Murmansk, transport limitations for the foreigners are lifted

The government of the Murmansk region cancelled the traffic limitations for foreign travelers along the highway Nickel – Murmansk. Since now on, foreign transport vehicles can transit the highway M-18 “Kola” without time restrictions.

The admission to closed urban areas is still open only for those foreign nationals that had preliminary approved their visits with Murmansk regional FSB (Federal Security Service).

In some cases the transportation maybe limited, yet under these conditions the travelers may use the side road – Niсkel-Prirechny-Kola.
