Technopark Nor status report

The administration building was finished in spring this year and presently welcomes tenants for rent. Electricity, water and sewage, phone, internet, video surveillance and security services are now available 7/24.

Warehouses are partly renovated. The façade of a small warehouse (430 m2) is insulated and covered by metal siding plates, cleaning was done, and new gates were installed. The roof of a big warehouse (4600 m2) was repaired, lightening was installed, cleaning works were done. Garage roof (960 m2) was renovated.

Renovation of all buildings will be finalized according to tenants’ needs, after signing of preliminary agreements. Technopark NOR besides plans to extend further with new buildings.

At the moment, there are being carried out roof works with an electricity power transformer and renovation of the security system. These works are to be finished by November 2009.
