StatoilHydro meets Murmansk authorities

Tuesday at 12:00, Governor of the Murmansk region, Mr.Dmitrienko met the president of StatoilHydro Russia – Mr. Bengt Lee Hansen. The meeting was to discuss the cooperation issues related to
The Regional Government was represented by Mr. Dmitry Dmitrienko (the Governor of the Murmansk region), Mr. Sergey Smityushenko (first Governor deputy), Mr. Sergey Leus (Regional Minister of Transport and Communication), Mr. Setgey Klyushev (the representative of federal Foreign Affairs Ministry), Ms. Lidia Kosareva (consultant on international relations at te regional Government).

On behalf of StatoilHydro there were: Mr. Bengt Lee Hansen (the President of StatoilHydro Russia), Mr. Benedikt Henriksen (Russia head of industrial development at StatoilHydro), Ms. Olga Baskakova (a translator at the industry development department), Ms. Tatiana Sandyrina (a consultant at Ramboll Storvik).
Mr Hansen said he was very happy about the meetings that they had today and assured of oncoming plans to go straight forward.
Both parties agreed that a nice weather today of sun and warmth is also a good sign of the current relations.

Later on, StatoilHydro is to sign an Agreement on funding of the State Technical University for new equipment and education. The signing procedure will take place at the premises of the University.
