KAEFER ENERGY, a member of the KAEFER Group has just set up a daughter company in North West Russia. Currently with 5 employees and offices in Murmansk, we are looking
for an international and motivated Managing Director.

The position will involve growing and running the business in Russia. It offers you the chance to work independently in a dynamically growing international organisation with high quality standards.

We are looking for an MD to acquire projects, manage these to a profitable business, and to take responsibility for growing and positioning the company to gain larger projects in the future. You will have excellent conditions for personal development, for creativity and personal input.
Job description:
> All tasks relating to the running and growing of a services company related to:
Insulation, surface protection (PFP), scaffolding & architectural outfitting
> Acquiring profitable business for the company
> Communicating with existing and identifying new customers
> Participation in defining and implementing the strategy in the company
> Ensuring the company meets the goals within HSE, Market positioning & profitability
> Hiring of new staff as required according to the company grow

Job requirements:
> Languages: Fluent Russian & English
> Education: Higher education- either Technical or Business/Finance related
> At least 10 years work experience
> Relevant Business experience (extensive relevant experience may replace need for
Higher education)
> Experience working in and doing business in Russia
> Leadership and management qualities
> Sales / business development experience would be a plus
