Bedriftskompetanse is the biggest business development company in Northern parts of Norway and has offices in Hammerfest, Tromsø, Bodø, Mo i Rana, Trondheim, Bergen, Oslo and Murmansk. The company was established in 1981 and has 30 employees.

Business development services: We contribute to your development by offering you high quality servises in business development (strategy development, marketing, market analysis, establishment of business, management for hire, board work, business development programs, crises management, financial management), organisational development (organizational changes, management development, recruitment, coaching, project management) and public development (consequents analysis, public planning, change processes, network processes). Bedriftskompetanse has a wide network within both the business sector and public sector in Norway and Northwest Russia. We work within most branches and have approximately 200 project running at any time.
