Who Did Josh Duggar Molest? Family Photo With Jana, Jill, Jessa & Baby Jinger Duggar Unearths Old Scandal

Josh Duggar can’t seem to escape his criminal past. Ever since his molestation charges, cheating scandal and pornography addiction became public and got his family show, 19 Kids and Counting, cancelled, Josh Duggar has exited the media spotlight so that he can heal. However, it looks like he cannot seem to put his past behind. His family has been working hard to make him more palatable for the public, by celebrating his birthday on Facebook and announcing that he is about to become a new father again when his wife Anna Duggar gives birth to his fifth child. The Duggars even started to post TBT pictures on Facebook, showing a much cuter and more naive side of Josh that the fans never got to see. However, these pictures seem to be kicking up more drama. In the comment section of the latest picture that the Duggar family uploaded on Facebook, 19 Kids and Counting fans have gone rogue, discussing the right and wrong of the family’s conduct in dealing with the molestation charges that Josh faced. Some fans are of the opinion that it’s better for the family and the public to move on from the fact that he molested his sisters Jill, Jessa, Jinger and Joy-Anna. “I clicked on the comments just to see how fast someone would make a comment about Josh and his sisters,” Linda Ruble Daniels wrote in the comments. “It was the second post I read. Get over it people. Apparently his sisters have! This picture has nothing to do with it and doesn’t deserve those nasty remarks.” But other fans expressed that the crimes that he committed is too serious to bury in the past. “Have you ever been sexually assaulted before? Apparently not,” a commenter by the name of Morgan Marie Connelly wrote. “You don’t forget something like your brother defrauding you and cheating on his wife for a porn star. At least the Duggars shouldn’t.” When the news first broke out about Josh’s infidelity to his wife, his addiction to pornography and the crime he committed against his sisters, he gave a heartfelt apology on the family blog. Then he disappeared from the public sphere, and only re-emerged this year when he announced the pregnancy of his wife Anna. “For nearly the last two years, we have quietly worked to save our marriage, focus on our children, and rebuild our lives together as a family,” Josh and Anna Duggar wrote on the family blog. “Doing so is never easy after a breach of trust. We’ve learned that a life of faith and rebuilding a life together is simply done one day at a time. As we continue our journey as a family and rebuild our lives, we are delighted to share with you that we are expecting a new baby boy later this year.” And it’s clear that the rest of the Duggars are doing their best to put this past behind them. In fact, they are taking legal action to make sure that the public does not linger on the fact that Josh Duggar has once tarnished the family’s good name. “Jill, Jessa, Jinger and Joy filed the suit against the city of Springdale, Arkansas over the 2015 police documents,” reports TMZ. “According to the lawsuit, they say they had spoken to investigators in 2006 about the molestations — when they were all minors — and they were assured their statements would only be shared with police and child service officials.” The Duggars claim that “under Arkansas laws the police are forbidden from disclosing any information related to sexual misconduct involving children.” This legal action is in line with the fact that the patriarch of Duggar family, Jim Bob Duggar, is trying to bring back his son on the family’s show, Jill & Jessa Counting On. An insider told InTouch Weekly that Jim Bob has “spent a month” convincing the executives at TLC to let Josh make his comeback on reality TV, using the fact that he is having a baby as a way to make it agreeable to the viewers. While these actions do not erase the fact that the 29-year-old Duggar molested his sisters Jill, Jessa, Jinger and Joy, they do mean that he gets to have a second go at a life as a reality TV star.
